Common questions

I bought chips but don't see them. Open the Chip Store and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. It delivers any purchase Apple charged for that didn't arrive. If the balance still hasn't updated, email us with your Apple purchase receipt ID (from the receipt email or Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History).

Where are Buy Chips and Free Chips? They appear on Home after the guided first hand plus 5 played hands, so new players learn the game first. If you run out of chips before then, the table offers a Re-Rack or a free-chips video.

Free Chips says "Loading ad…". A video is being fetched. It needs an internet connection. Free-chip videos have a daily limit and a short wait between them; the Free Chips sheet shows how many are left today.

How do daily bonus chips work? Return once per UTC calendar day to claim a free bonus. The cooldown resets at 00:00 UTC.

Can I transfer chips between devices? If you are signed in to iCloud, chip balance and progression sync through Apple's CloudKit private database for your Apple ID. You can disable iCloud for this app in iOS Settings. Without iCloud, chips stay on that device.

How do I turn off video recording? Settings → Share Hand. Video recording only starts if you pick Video clip in Share Hand, and it stops when you leave the table. Animated GIF sharing never records the screen.

Are chips real money? No. Chips and Sapphires are virtual, for amusement only, and can't be cashed out or exchanged for anything of value.
